5.  Copying arguments from an offline debate to an online debate

If you have already created an offline debate locally on your computer, you can copy the arguments from the offline debate to an existing online debate on the Argunet server and thus make them accessible to other users.

  1. Open the online debate and the argument map to which you want to copy the arguments.
  2. Open the offline debate from which you want to copy the arguments.
  3. In the argument map of the offline debate, select the arguments you want to copy to the online debate.
  4. Click the Copy button in the toolbar.
  5. In the online debate, activate the argument map to which you want to copy the arguments.
  6. Click the Paste button in the toolbar.

Note

Information about family and group memberships is not transferred when copying arguments from one debate to another.
